Mrs. Sukut started in women's self-defense in the late 1970s and Judo in the mid-1980s. In 1991, she received national recognition as the woman of the year. In 1992 she was nationally recognized for martial arts weapons. Since then, she has studied several other martial arts and has been teaching Self-Defense since the 1970s. She has trained in multiple Okinawan Karate styles, including traditional Okinawan Seidokan Karate and Traditional Okinawan Ryukyu Kempo Karate and Kobudo.
Mrs. Sukut teaches Traditional Okinawan Ryukyu Kempo
and represents the United Ryukyu Kempo Alliance.
