After School Martial Arts Program
An excellent structured
alternative to daycare and other after school programs.
We provide a constructive
daily after-school activity for your children.
Our program teaches life skills such as discipline, focus, coordination, a positive mental attitude, respect, confidence, self-defense, health, and fitness. Our program carries over into every other aspect of a student's life. More active students tend to perform better at school, work, and daily conduct.

CONCERNING THE PROGRAM
Parents may use this facility instead of a daycare but not as a daycare; this means students must attend the classes. Wylie Karate, LLC is a Martial Arts school and not a daycare; as such, our stock-in-trade is not supervision and care. Our intent is to teach martial arts physical and philosophical character-building skills.
Training improves character. We encourage our students to keep high moral values and to look out for each other. We teach perseverance, excellence, sincerity, humility, self-control, teamwork, mind and body strength, and flexibility. Self-esteem increases as the student moves up in belt rank, learning respect for oneself and others.
Students must come prepared to learn daily and bring their uniforms to class.
Pick-up for students is between 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm.
