Lil’ Tiger - Ages 4 to 6 Class:

• 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM Tuesday and Thursday, Instructor DeeDee Sukut

Beginner / Intermediate Youth and Family Class:

Parents are welcome to participate with their children in youth classes.

• 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM Monday and Wednesday, Instructor: Daniel Peterson

Advanced Youth and Adult Class:

• 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM Tuesday and Thursday, Instructor: Dennis Sukut

Teens and Adult Class: High School Students and Adults.

• 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM Monday and Wednesday, Instructor: Daniel Peterson

After School Karate Ages 5 to 12 Class:

• 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM (actual karate class time from 4 PM to 5 PM)
• Open longer on School Holidays or breaks.
• Students are picked up at school by our staff.

Home-School P.E. Program and Lil Tiger Classes:

• Tuesday:  10:30 AM to 11:30 AM ages 4 to 6 
•            12:30 PM to 1:30 PM ages 6 and up
• Parents are welcome to join class
• Thursday: 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM ages 4 to 6 
•            12:30 PM to 1:30 PM ages 6 and up
• Parents are welcome to join class

Advanced students by invitation only.

Women’s Self-defense Classes:

In these classes you will learn how to avoid dangerous situations and what to do if you encounter a dangerous situation.

These classes are free and offered monthly, check the events calendar for dates.

• Beginner Women’s Self Defense - Basic breakaways, initial reactions to attack
• Intermediate Women’s Self Defense - follow up techniques to initial reaction
• Advance Women’s Self Defense - Advance techniques, grappling, takedowns
